Children's Center wishes to express its gratitude to the Board of Directors,
both past and present, the staff, volunteers, and the citizens of Surry
County for their continuted support. It is only through your efforts
we continue to improve the quality of life for children in need. We are funded by a combination of federal, State, and County funds, Special Grants and Donations from Surry County Businesses, Churches, Civic Groups and Individuals. There is a place in Surry County that I never knew existed until a family
member had to be placed there. It is the Children's Center of Surry.
This place was a God send to our family cause you see my family member
was a young girl who was abused and neglected by her father.
The staff at the Center took her in and has treated her as a part of a big family. Not only her but when we visited the staff and kids would welcome you with hugs and I love you's. the kids that are at the Center come from troubled families but if you visit there they are not troubled at all. I would just like to thank Robin and Mark and all the staff for all of their love and support to our family. The will all have a special place in our hearts. May God Bless you all. Family Member "
